Abstract (EN)

This research was conducted to determine the Istanbul province relationship between values and organizational commitment of elementary school teachers in action in the Besiktas district. For this purpose, a random cluster sampling conducted and reached a total of 277 primary school teachers in 25 selected primary schools.Research in Dundar and friends (2008) developed by Action Value Scale and Yucel (2009) developed by the Organizational Citizenship Scale was used. The main research and data that can be obtained to check the hypothesis for the lower purposes, Pearson correlation analysis, independent samples t-test, one-way analysis of variance (ANOVA), the significant difference between the groups in the ANOVA results, diversity of supply (post-hoc LSD to determine which groups, Scheffe analysis was performed.Analysis of a significant positive relationship between organizational commitment variables and values in action were the result. Emphasis on ethics in organizations of workers and increase organizational commitment. In the context of the findings obtained as a result of the study, recommendations were made for researchers and practitioners.
