The instrinsic motivation efficiency of primary and secondary school administratars on raising teachers' success

The concept of motivation has recently become very significant both for people and for organizations. Motivation can be described as the power which sets people in motion and is affected by not only internal but also external environment. In that sense, motivation has become one of the key points in the success of organizations. School has had an essential place in society all throughout history. Motivation is an effective Notion which makes schools successful as an organization. Increased motivation is necessary, especially for the success of teachers. For that reason, school administrators have duties and responsibilities in increasing teachers' motivation. This Study has been conducted so as to demonstrate the role of primary and secondary school administrators on teachers' iner motivation.
