The acti̇vi̇ti̇es of pri̇mary scholl managers to make thei̇r school dynami̇c

Throughout history, education which has been shaped within the scope of people's lifestyle has not only changed with regards to his mission, but it has also generated some alterations in educational institutions,educational systems, directors and in the roles of educators and learners. Fort he research, 2013-2014 academic year of İstanbul , Avcılar, Beylikduzu, Esenyurt and Bahcelievler district located in public and private primary schools, was taken as the sample. Research areas for specialist Prof. Dr. Semra Ünal to be applied under the supervision of teachers and administrators who have developed a questionnaire. Sample of selected regions public and private primary schools, teachers and administrators distributed 438 questionnaires were returned out of 400 of them. In the study was tried to give responses for the 6 sub- problems. The fifth section, based on the findings of the study and the results achieved are given in the results of the sub-problems. In the sixth section includes discussions aimed at results. The findings obtained from the seventh section and making use of the obtained results, some suggestions were made.
