Abstract (EN)
In this study, the effect of pH, fermentation time and glucose concentration on the production of bikaverin was investigated by using free and immobilized fungus, Gibberella fujikuroi. The optimum conditions were found as; initial pH: 5.5, fermentation time : 4 days and glucose: 60 g/L, for free and immobilized microorganism. The highest bikaverin concentration obtained from fermentation medium for free and immobilized microorganism was 6,31 and 8,88 mg/L, respectively. Bikaverin concentration was increased 1,20 times by blowing up the cell membrane via ultrasonic vibration. In the studies used free and immobilized microorganism, air feeding has decreased the bikaverin production. The reuse of immobilized beads was investigated in medium containing different glucose concentrations (40-100 g/L) during 4 days. After first usage of immobilized beads bikaverin production was decreased.
