Abstract (EN)
Investigation of Stress Caused by Different Framework Materials, Implant Components and Supporting Bone Tissue in Fixed Dentures With Implants Using Finite Element Analysis Method The aim of this study is to compare the effects of different abutments and prosthetic framework materials on stress distribution in the rehabilitation of maxillary anterior tooth deficiencies with fixed prostheses by using finite element analysis method. In this study; 3D modeling of 1 titanium, 1 zirconia abutment, Co-Cr-, PEEK, monolithic zirconia, zirconia, lithium disilicate and fiber reinforced composite prosthetic framework materials were performed on 2 titanium implants with 4.1 mm diameter and 10 mm length. As a result, 10 separate groups were obtained. After meshing the cortical and cancellous bone and the materials used, the poisson ratio and young module values were loaded into the program. A force of 178 N was applied in both the vertical and 45 ° oblique direction under 2 mm below the tooth's incisal edge of both central incisor and canine to the palatinal surface and analysis was performed. The distributions of von mises, the highest compression and tensile stress values in the implant, abutment, peri-implant bone and superstructure were examined and compared with each other. When the framework materials were evaluated; in both oblique and vertical force applications, the highest von mises stresses in the implants/abutments were found in the PEEK groups and the lowest von mises stresses were found in the groups with monolithic zirconia and Co-Cr framework. The highest compression stresses occurring in the bone were found in the groups of PEEK, fiber reinforced composite and lithium disilicate framework with near values; the highest tensile stresses and the highest von mises stresses in the crown were found in the fiber-reinforced composite framework group. When the results of the study are examined; it has been observed that the framework material with low elastic modulus causes higher stress accumulation in the bone tissue around the implant, implant components and crown. It has been observed that different framework materials effect the stress distribution in the implant, abutment, peri-implant bone and the superstructure.
