Abstract (EN)

Direct torque control is a vector method of control that is based on stator flux and torque. It was pioneered by Takashi in the mid-1980s. Direct selection of the inverter's output voltage vectors allows control of the asynchronous machine's main parameters, especially the stator flux and electromagnetic torque. These decisions are made in such a way that both quantities remain inside a hysteresis band. Our study is mainly concerned with the minimization of the ripple of the electromagnetic torque and stator flux with the use of the direct torque control method that will be applied to the three-phase induction machine. PID controllers and fuzzy logic will produce the best results in terms of reducing ripple at the related torque and speed control. The results will be shown by using Matlab/Simulink at the end of the article, and a discussion will be made by comparing those two regulator.
