Abstract (EN)
The intellectual foundations of human rights began to be established by various thinkers. Throughout history, both human rights and the human have been evaluated through the scientific method. As a result of scientific analyses and historical events, the individual's position in relation to the state has been reshaped. Over time, with the evolution and transformation of human actions and activities, new rights have been demanded, and such demands continue to this day. In theoretical terms and everyday usage, human rights have been defined and used in different ways. It is also quite common for the concept of rights to be used in conjunction with other concepts. On a universal level, the expression of a right or freedom using various terms in the field of human rights has led to confusion. There are also variations in the definition and identification of claims related to human rights. Philosophical evaluations of human rights have been included. Human rights have been analyzed in accordance with Hohfeld's structural analysis. The aim of this analysis is to help prevent the confusion.
