Abstract (EN)

Nowadays organizations which are trying to continue their activities under the strong competition circumstances, realize value of the individual who is indispensable for themself, have begun to immensely notice by applying to implementations based on human their feelings, ideas and perceptions about corporation. Organizations have tried to positively reinforce employees' organizational trust sensations being efficient fair applications, and so to increase their productivity. In this study, have been purposed to identify organizational justice perceptions within human resources practices dimensions which are personnel selection, education and development, pay management, reward, carrier planning and development, performance apprasial effect on employees' organizational trust. In the direction of this study, data which are made survey study in four and five stars hotels in Alanya province has been applied t-test, Mann Whitney U Test, One-way ANOVA, Kruskall Wallis H Test, Correlation Analysis, and Multiple Regression Analysis. In this analysis, some dimensions of human resources practices and organizational trust has significant results. In addition to this, it has been a relationship between dimensions of human resources practices and organizational trust. Lastly, it has been concluded that in the dimensions of human resources practices justice perception hasseparately effect on organizational trust dimensions and organizational trust.
