Abstract (EN)

1990s has been a time period of the fast and inevitable changes in globalization and especiallyin Information Technologies. During this period new methods and researches about theemployee management have been realized. These methods and techniques have become themost radical changes of all times and the most powerful methods from application side andalso turned into a very quickly spreading global theory. Nowadays we see that the humanresources applications are transferred to electronic space and most of the applications arerealized through WEB. Because of that situation, human resources managers are giving greateffort in order to check their organization content and to keep the integration between them.Intranet has a great importance on improving the organizational communication abilities.In addition, with the help of the Internet, the information flow has become very fast and it isnow possible to reach updated information any time. Intranet enables save on time andmoney, improves coordination, increases the share of trustful information and expertisebetween employees, creates an improved working environment and as a result more efficientcompany.In the first part of this document the general definition of communication is given and thecommunication process and functions are explained. In the second part, organizationalcommunication is defined and in more detailed way explained. In the third part, the usage ofintranet and Internet is examined by expressing its advantages and limits.
