Abstract (EN)

The main subject of this research is street art in Iran which investigates techniques, styles, and meaning that is used in artworks of artists in large cities of Iran. Graffiti and street art is analyzed as an art revolution, which is related to the young generation and sub-cultures at different social levels, by different points of view. Because of the nature of this art, protesting against colonization and government imperialism, it was primarily introduced as a destructive factor all over the cities. So was invaded not only by many governments but also by ordinary people. Over time, passing years, developing technology and increasing knowledge of people about this kind of art in different societies, it had started to get known as a powerful tool used by different classes of society even if it was used to protest. The influence of this artistic revolution as a multidimensional media was successful in detecting public opinion and achieving its own goals. In last 50 years, Iran was an important country in the Middle East that have met so many conflicts and of course, the presence of artists in this period was effective in transferring anti-imperialist, colonialism or internal political struggles believes. This research tried to study the role of street art in political and social contemporary history and created masterpieces in large cities of Iran like Tehran, Isfahan, and Shiraz... This research also tried to pay a great deal of attention to subjects like" used concepts ","importance of colors in historical eras ",different styles in different areas", "role of young generations in street art" and "powerful tool for government and protestors" and "direct exhibition to a great number of audience ". In this research by choosing artworks of different era's artists, collecting data and images of different styles the phenomena studied.
