An investigation of employee's burnout according to job satisfaction, role conflict, role ambiguity: A study on bank employees.

Abstract (EN)
The main objective of this study is to examine the job satisfaction, role argument, role indefiniteness and some personal skills impact on burnout levels of bank employees. In this sence, in the first section of the study; job satisfaction, role argument and role indefiniteness have been examined. In the second section of the study, the burnout concept, it?s models, contention methods, it?s results and job satisfaction, the impact of role argument?s and role indefiniteness on the burnout have been examined. In the third section, using the framework of the developed model, the impact of job satisfaction, role argument, role indefiniteness and some demographic condition on bank employees? burnout levels are aimed to be measured. Survey research has been applied to employees who work in bank at town center of Kütahya. Total percentage of the sample consisted of % 61,29 of bank employees work in county center. In analysing hypoteses of the study; correlation, t-test, multipleregression, One Way Anova and Scheffe analysis have been used. According to findings of this study , the all sub-dimension of job satisfaction and role indefiniteness, sub-dimension of gender?s emotional burnout, low success upon age feeling?s sub-deminsion and the sub-demension of insensitiveness about working extension have a sagnificant impact. Another finding is that role argument do not have any impact on burnout . Under the light of these findings, there has been reached the main conclusion that the principal reason of bank employees? burnout level is job satisfaction which is certain in other professions.
