Abstract (EN)

The purpose of this study is to investigate whether the perception of job insecurity, commonly encountered in organizational life, influences political behaviors. Additionally, it examines whether organizational justice perception plays a moderating role in this relationship. The hypotheses tested in the study were based on data collected from a sample of white-collar employees of a large company operating in the poultry sector in Bolu, Türkiye. Data for the research were gathered through a survey method. Factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, regression analysis, Tukey test, and t-test were applied to the collected data using SPSS software. Based on the analyses conducted, it has been determined that the perception of job insecurity has a significant and positive effect on political behaviors. In addition, it was concluded that the perception of qualitative job insecurity has a significant and positive impact on political behaviors. "No regulatory effect of organizational justice perception and its sub-dimensions - distributive justice, procedural justice, and interactional justice - has been found in the relationship between job insecurity perception and political behaviors.
