Qualitative Analysis of Health-Oriented Leadership in the Business Environment: Türkiye – Germany Sample

With this thesis study, in order to prevent occupational accidents in the construction sector, the level of health-oriented leadership in the business environment was tried to be measured in the stage of transforming occupational health and safety practices in companies into an occupational safety culture. It should not be forgotten that an activity that is not owned by leaders and employees cannot be expected to come to life within the company. It is not easy for the "Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331" published in 2012 and the accompanying regulations to be fully implemented in companies at once. After breaking the resistance to these new legislation regulations, the acceptance and internalization of the process is a process followed jointly by the companies and causes the occupational safety culture and health-oriented leadership to mature within the institution.
