Abstract (EN)
In this study, the duties of the Human Resources Departments within the framework of the obligations of employers/enterprises within the scope of the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 were investigated. The research was carried out in 4 companies in the automotive sector in Bursa. In order to see the active role of the Human Resources Departments in OHS studies, interviews were conducted with the department manager or managers of the said enterprises. In this direction, it is aimed to examine and evaluate the implementation of employer obligations in the legislation in working life. Within the scope of the information obtained as a result of the research, it is stated that the legislation provisions are duly fulfilled in the mentioned enterprises and that in most of the OHS practices of the Human Resources Departments; It was concluded that some of them were indirectly involved.
