The effects of division of labour and specialization on the achievement of enterprises

In current research was analyzed the positive and negative effects of the results of the labor division and specialization applied among the employees and how the success of enterprises were affected by these results. In the literature part of the study is given traditional and modern approaches of several economists and sociologist, and positive and negative effects of the division of labor are discussed. At the same time, by the special focus on the impact of labor division on employees themselves the authors of Karl Marx's handwriting on the subject was used. In the second part of the study, is discussed the effect of the existing hierarchical structure of enterprises on business structure. In order to test the results of labor division a survey study was conducted and results were concluded according to the analyze methods of correlation, factor,regression and clustering.As a result of the analysis, the significant impact of on working performance by the increase of specialization level has been confirmed.
