Abstract (EN)
In the historical process, the workers, whose working conditions have become heavier in the face of developments such as the industrial revolution and globalization, have started unionization movements with the thought that they can better protect their rights if they organize. Unionization movements, which were exposed to various peer pressures at the beginning, gained legal ground over time and strengthened with the increase in working awareness. Workers have the right to participate in the activities and management of the union, as well as being a member of the union. In unions that are democratic organizations, the members of the board of directors, who assume the representation and will of the union, are elected as a rule. In order for workers to fully exercise their right to participate in the management, they must have certain guarantees. In the first part of theses; Starting from the concept of union, basic concepts related to unions, types of unions, principles related to unions will be examined and union freedom will be examined. In the second part, the conditions and types of being a union manager and the function of management in unions will be examined by comprehensively discussing union management. In the third part, the assurances given to union managers and their results will be evaluated in line with the precedent decisions. The aim of the study is to contribute to raising union awareness by discussing the labor union management and guarantees in detail.
