Barriers to performance of the worker and wages

The purpose of the study that had been discussed the barriers to performance of the worker and wages; is the examination of the situations that result in the failure to fulfill the obligation to work that obligated by the contract between the worker and the employer, and the consequences of the workers' wages. Worker's barriers to performance in performance of work and wages; is examined in the scope of Labor Law, Occupational Health and Safety Law, Turkish Code of Obligations and High Court decisions. In this study, the provisions in different laws were evaluated together, the opinions in the doctrine were included, and if necessary, the scope of the wage is indicated in the result of the workers' barriers to perform in regards to the judicial decision.
