Abstract (EN)
This study examines the effects of social media usage in the labor law. It emphasizes that employers have the authority to examine employee's social media profiles, but such examinations should be limited. The study explores how employee's social media usage impacts their job performance and workplace relationships, highlighting the necessity of protecting employee rights and establishing employer policies. It underscores the importance of managing social media usage in the workplace within a framework of mutual understanding and respect.
