Abstract (EN)
Magnetic nanotubes have garnered interdisciplinary interest in the fields of condensed matter physics and statistical physics due to their potential technological applications, with extensive theoretical and experimental research being conducted. These nanotubes have a broad range of applications, including medical applications, environmental remediation, catalysis, sensors, biotechnology, magnetic resonance imaging, magnetic storage media, data storage, nonlinear optics, nanofluids, bioseparation, and propagation losses. Research and development on magnetic nanotubes pave the way for the discovery of advanced magnetic materials, fostering innovative technologies and opening new avenues in scientific research. The magnetocaloric effect, on the other hand, is defined as a phenomenon in which the temperature of a magnetic material changes when a magnetic field is applied or removed. This effect stems from the interaction between the magnetic moments of the material and its crystal structure, resulting in a reversible heating or cooling effect. The magnetocaloric effect has numerous applications in areas such as cooling systems, sensor cooling in aerospace and aviation, the automotive industry, and cancer treatment. As such, it is predicted to become a key area of technology in the future. In this thesis, the dynamic magnetocaloric effects of the magnetic properties of the spin-1 Ising nanotube system were investigated using mean-field theory based on Glauber-type stochastic dynamics. The dynamic entropy change of the system was calculated, and how the obtained properties vary with the interaction between spins, single-ion anisotropy or crystal field, and the applied external magnetic field was examined in detail. Additionally, it was observed that increasing the intensity of the external magnetic field caused changes in the entropy of the system. The results obtained from this study provide significant contributions, particularly from a theoretical perspective, to understanding the dynamic behavior of the magnetic properties of magnetic nanotube materials. This thesis offers an in-depth analysis of how the magnetocaloric effect varies depending on Hamiltonian parameters, shedding light on the behavior of magnetic materials at the nanoscale. Practically, the findings enhance the applicability of the magnetocaloric effect, offering benefits such as improving the efficiency of cooling systems, developing new types of magnetic sensors, and designing more effective materials for biotechnological applications.
