Evaluation of İŞKUR 's practice of sending personel to schools

The purpose of this research is to evaluate the practice of workers sent temporarily to public schools by İŞKUR. The phenomenology pattern, one of the qualitative research methods, was used in the research. The study group of the research consists of 23 school administrators, 14 teachers and 10 İŞKUR workers working in public schools in Siirt province in the 2023-2024 academic year. Interviews were conducted using a semi-structured interview form created by the researchers in data collection. The data obtained in this application was evaluated with the descriptive analysis method. According to the research results, in the interviews with both school administrators, teachers and workers regarding the positive aspects of the application, the common point that both groups mentioned is the contribution of the application to the employees. School administrators, teachers and workers agree that the negative aspect of the practice is its lack of continuity. In the interview with the teachers regarding the transition to the current system in recruiting workers for schools, it was stated that the current practice reduces the efficiency of the school since the new practice in question provides temporary employment. Regarding the suitability of the practice, the participants mentioned that the practice is not suitable because it is temporary. In the meeting regarding the effects of sending temporary staff to schools within the scope of the application on the school environment, school administrators and teachers said; They stated that the practice in question contributes to the protection of school health. The common point touched upon by both groups regarding increasing efficiency in practice is re-employment and extension of working time in the same school based on performance.
