Fard-i kifâya in the Islamic fiction

This study called "Fard-ı Kifâya in the Islamic Fiction" consists ofone introduction and two sections. Introduction section consists of the aim, method, and limitations of the research.. In the first chapter, firstly, the concept of judgment is emphasized and then the meanings of the prominent names of the four sects to the concept of judgment are pointed out. Then, the parts of the provision and the issues related to the provision are determined in summary to determine its place in the provision. In the second chapter,after pointing out the meanings attributed to the concepts of farz and kifâye ", which are the terms of farz-ı kifâye , the meanings imposed on farz-ı kifâye as a composition are pointed out. Then, the differences between the fard-ı kifâye and fard-ı ayn are discussed and the differences between them are revealed. In the following, the importance and the virtue of the principal of farz-ı kifaye has been emphasized and the positions in which farz-ı kifaye turn into farz-ı ayn are mentioned and then the matter of who are the subjects and adressee of farz-ı kifaye is scrutnized. Because there are some fard-ı kifayas , which are sometimes only directed to a certain group and exceed the powers of other obligants. Sometimes it is necessary to build institutions and organizations for the realization of some of them. These are also explained in the necessary parts of the research. Then, some farz-ı kifayes such as nehy-i ani'l munker (preventing from badness), emr-i bi'l ma'ruf (ordering the good), judical opinion,funeral proceedings (such as technicaliz, tekfin, tannah and funeral prayer), praying with the congregation, and jihad which have become very common in the society, are dealt with. The psychological and sociological dimensions of these examples in the context of farz-ı kifaye are cited in the context of each topic. After mentioning the effects of the implications of social cohesion, the necessity of performing these tasks in order for the consciousness of social homework to be formed in humans and the Muslim communities to take their place among the civilized societies is mentioned. At the end, the subject was completed by placing the relevant verses and hadiths on the basis of the fact that each of them was a social homework so that these are judically based.
