The rigts and responsibilities of women in child breeding from the Islamic Law paint of view

This thesis aims to determine the responsibilities and the rights of women in Islamic law in child care and breeding, in view of the facet that different paint of views and changer (developments) in this era. This study includes an introduction and three sections. In the introduction part the social status of the women from the stages of ancient Greek to origin of Islam is mentioned. In the second part the rights and responsibilities of women in birth and nursing period are put forward.
