Abstract (EN)
Islamic economics has principles that separate it from secular economıc systems and make it a discipline for itself, and the principle of justice is one of the most important of these principles. Although the phenomenon of justice is frequently emphasized in written works on Islamıc economics, it is seen that there is not enough information about the nature of this concept and how it is based. Our thesis aims to demonstrate the nature and justification of the principle of justice -in terms of Islamic economıcs- by dealing with the concept of justıce partly in the context of philosophy / legal philosophy, mostly Islamıc theology and Islamic law disciplines. And thus, it also aims to provide the reader an integrated perspective on the mentioned concept. Keywords: Islamic Law, Islamic economics, justice, right, maqasid
