Abstract (EN)
Since ancient times, Transoxiana, which has ideologies, religions, languages and crafts, maintaining favorable geographical conditions, being located at the crossing point of the east-west trade routes, ground and underground riches offered by fertile lands, foreign tribes, merchants, missionaries and craftsmen, is undoubtedly the most ideal example of the environment of tolerance and prosperity that people form as unity. This diversity and richness offered by its unique combination of colors has undoubtedly became the address of the invasions of the invading tribes. After the birth of Islam, The Islamic State, which has completed its formation under the leadership of Hz. Muhammad, has begun to organize expeditions outside the borders of Arabia within a short period of time. The conquest of Iran, which started with the victory of Kadisiye in 637, was completed in 651 and the conquest movements that continued in the direction of Amudarya, shaped through the geography in question, opened the doors of Transoxiana to the Islamic armies. In Transoxiana, when the Islamic armies were based on the Amudarya borders, it was ruled by the local rulers who were tied to weak ties to Western Göktürk rule. One of the factors that facilitated the conquest movements was the absence of a strong state and a political union that could stop this movement. The Islamic armies were expected to reach these goals in a short period of time when the expeditions were continuing as a series of events. As a result of the intervention of the Turgesh power, which was organized under the leadership of the Turgesh leader Su-lu Kagan, the influences of the armies accelerated and the Arab armies took their defensive position against the Turgesh. Not so long ago, the deepening of the hostile and competitive environment between the Yellow and the Black Turgesh resulted in a rapid collapse of the state. Following the end of Turgesh Statethe Karluks, took over the Western Turk's heritage, continued the struggle with Arabs. In addition to the struggle against the Arabs and military in the political arena, another struggle began to take place with the acceptance of the Islam of the people in the region. Umayyad continued to tax from Muslims too and this caused a big effect in the region. This situation damaged to the image of Islam and hurted Muslim community. Omar b. Abdulaziz and Khorasan Governor Ashras b. Abdullah's efforts have been tried to be improved. The preachers, who were generally mevali, were settled together with the Arabs in the region, appointed to invite the people to Islam. As a result of the increase in the number of people, the fall in tax revenues putthe stateinto trouble and the Umayyad continued to tax from the Muslims. Because of the Mevali's disappointment on the basis of Murjia opinion; a social movement, advocating the rights of Mevali, started against the unfair practices of power. In the following period, this operation expanded and transformed into armed struggle under the leadership of Harith b. Surayj. A result of the actions of the Murjia da'i's, the Islam spread so far as never before in seventy years. On recognizing and adoption of Islam, Turks and other ethnic elements have created a broad vision and understanding.
