Abstract (EN)

In this study, it is aimed to reveal what kind of change process the managerial elites of a cooperative originate agricultural business group to understand the formation and development of the group in its organizational context. For this reason, a case study was conducted on Anadolu Birlik Holding, which is a cooperative origin business group operating in Konya. Qualitative method was applied in the research. As a result of the research, leadership and trust elements were added to the Organizational Change Model, which was developed by Van De Ven and Poole (1995) and then reshaped by determining the defects by Van De Ven and Sun (2011).
