A Proposal of method on deciding to determine convenient software for the user profile

In this study, a method for the evaluation of the data, emerging from theinterrelation between the softwares serving in an enterprise and the staff usingthose softwares, with the help of knowledge discovery in the databases havebeen suggested and when a new software procurence is needed, the use of thismethod would be helpful.The operations cost of the Information Technology products, especially theEnterprise Resource Planning systems have been taking the frontier linesamong the other information technology set up and maintaining costs. As anatural consequence of this trend, today the analysis (identifying therequirements of product) and design processes of softwares has been conductingwith modern software development methodologies which take the customers?requirements as a main object of the contemporary product design studies.In this study, by means of collecting the data about the properties of thesoftware in the company, the personel profile of the users and the call centerrequests which shows the user-software interaction details, a method will besuggested to buy or develop most convenient software for the company. Thismethod contains basically the study on the analysis of the call center datasusing data mining techniques. By means of this method, every company canfigure out his software properties which are most convenient for the userprofile and also user requirements.
