The adoption of enterprise resource planning systems in enterprises and the effects of extended Technology Acceptance Model based on evaluation

Businesses can continue their activities more effectively and be able to protect their place in the global competition, knowledge-based management and to invest in technology in the manufacturing process that goes from the use of information systems. From this perspective, Enterprise Resource Planning systems is an important business investment. Therefore, not only large enterprises small and medium-sized enterprises also prefer to switch to the Enterprise Resource Planning system. Enterprise Resource Planning system of preferred due to new technology adoption by business employees are affected by many variables. "The Adoptıon Of Enterprıse Resource Plannıng Systems In Enterprıses And The Effects Of Extended Technology Acceptance Model Based On Evaluatıon" on this thesis, Enterprise Resource influential variables in the success of the adoption by the employees of the planning system were discussed and a model of the variables that measured the effect degrees on the use of the system was created. Hypothesis was tested with the generated models. A result of the findings of the studies, the user perception of ease of use and benefits of the ERP system, which shows that the effective use and adoption of important variables on the intention of these systems. Besides government support it is also one of the most important issues in the successful conclusion of the project.
