Abstract (EN)

Accounting systems, which have developed since the first day of the need for reckoning, have started to be expressed as accounting information system as a result of the combination of technology with accounting systems. Accounting information systems started this process with clay tablets dating back to 5000 BC, where there is evidence of its most primitive form. These systems have turned into platforms that are independent of space, environment, device and even user. With the increase in digitalization, these systems have turned into systems that can communicate with other systems used in the enterprise and exchange information with all other departments. Accounting information systems, the usage area of which exceeds the accounting departments in the enterprise, has made the information they have produced available to all other departments. Thus, businesses have become manageable as a whole. With this research, it is aimed to determine the MBS usage levels of micro-scale enterprises operating in Hatay province and its districts. In this direction, it was aimed to develop software solutions for the problems faced by the users, and the questionnaire prepared in line with the determined purpose was applied to 425 companies operating in the province of Hatay. Survey data were analyzed in SPSS Statistics 22.0 program. As a result of the research, the relationship between the use of accounting information systems and the degree of satisfaction was determined, and software solutions were developed in line with the demands from the users.
