Abstract (EN)
Honey samples were taken from 18 different localities of Isparta and its region during 2013-2014. Microscobic analysis of the pollen samples indicated that honey samples had 88 taxa belonging to 33 different families. Honey samples were the multifloral origins as they have no predominant pollens. Medicago sp., Onobrychis sp., Astragalus sp. Lathyrus sp. Trifolium sp.,(Fabaceae), Cornus sp., (Cornaceae),Cirsium sp., (Asteraceae),Euphorbia sp., (Euphorbiaceae)Phlomis sp., (Lamiaceae),Malus sp.,(Rosaceae),Echium sp., (Boraginaceae) and Sinapis sp.,(Brassicaceae)were determined as secondary taxa. The results of the physicochemical analyses of the honey samples (moisture, acidity, pH, brix, refractive index and electrical conductivity) were in agreement with the values of the Turkish Food Codex and the European Union Standards.
