Abstract (EN)
In this thesis, a luminescence reader system has been developed that can measure luminescence radiation with its sensitive spectrometer by thermal excitation with a linear temperature increase from room temperature to 400oC. The device can also perform radioluminescence measurements at a linear temperature increase and a specific constant temperature with its built-in X-Ray source. The purpose of the development of this device is to measure the luminescence spectra of dosimetric materials and to determine the colour centres of the materials. Thus, it is aimed to develop new dosimetric materials by material characterization. With the developed device, Aluminum Oxide, Beryllium Oxide and Dysprosium doped Calcium Sulfate were studied, and the data obtained agreed with the literatüre.
