Abstract (EN)

Since the ancient eras of humanity, socio economic, pysical and occupational risks are rises people's doubt about future. For this reason, people need to a social security system to feel confident, save theirselves and look up to the future. By the agreement (nr. 102) is implemented by ILO, social risks are divided in 9 categories and struggle against them is underlined. Unemployment is defined as a social risk in the international agreements and also this is the thesis statement of our viewpoint. In our study, we take hand the social security politics of Turkey to struggle against unemployment with terms about unemployment, reasons of them, outcomes and solitions advices. At the conclusion part, we especially bring advices about using the unemployment insurence and social aids efficiently Keywords: Unemployment, Methods of struggle Unemploymnet, Unemployment İnsurance, social protection, Social security.
