Abstract (EN)
Issues related to the family migrated to Istanbul to live in large cities, regional preferences in Istanbul as campus causes them to push this preference; industry, causing unemployment, rural, regional beliefs in the development of young people, especially family adaptation processes, problems that occurred during the process of assimilation, education, changes in traditions and customs. Effects on adaptation, employment rates in Istanbul, work preferences and their effect on the ethnic composition of business processes were investigated. To what extent crucial in that they choose this line of business in the scalar company attitude is very terms of the identity of the assessment of the employment field of regional identity, the echo of the social impact in terms of employment are evaluated considering the size of the severity of the campus size. Data Scope of the research literature and field study was conducted survey collected the necessary path analysis. As a result of this research was to investigate the effects of migration in voicing changes in the social structure of Istanbul, suggestions and opinions presented in accordance with the principle of the welfare state. SPSS 15 software was used for study analyzes and tests in accordance with the program-dependent and independent testing was conducted. The level of significance alpha value is interpreted as 0.05.
