Research of factors affecting motivation of İstanbul Metropolitan Municipality Hızır Emergency Ambulance workers

Abstract (EN)
The research mainly based on employees of 112 Hızır Emergency ambulances within 35 stations in the province of Istanbul (14 doctors, 120 paramedics, 144 ATTs and 120 drivers working in 112 Hızır Emergency ambulances) . It was aimed to reach all emergency health personel so a purposeful sampling selection was not applied. In this survey, whole staff was applied and only 324 personel (approximately 82%) gave feedback. IBM SPSS – 25 (Statistical Package for Social Science) package program was used to evaluate the collected data. As a result of the research, firstly the main factor that increases the motivation of Hızır Emergency ambulance employees is organizational and managerial tools,The second one is psycho-social tools. Finally, economic tools the least effect on motivation. Keywords: Ambulance, Hızır Emergency, Motivation
