Discussion and Result: Mobbing is a crucial stressor that affects people's health. A forensic medical examination comprising objective diagnosis criteria is important for the evaluation of mobbing-claimed cases due to its hazardous outcomes for workplaces/economy and public health which causing resignation, health/insurance expences, early retirement. The findings obtained from the cases, in which education and health sector admissions were in the first place, were found to be significantly compatible with studies conducted in this field.
