Comparative investigation of statistical quality control method

This study, Cukurova University Faculty of Agriculture Department of Animal Science Poultry Businesses Nick Brown sold the eggs of chicken breeds has been carried out to measure the quality by using statistical quality control methods. 20-week trial conducted in 80 randomly eggs were taken 4 days a week by going to the company. Taken from external quality characteristics for each egg breaking strength and egg weight, albumen index and yolk index of internal quality characteristics it has been identified. In order to control the process used according to the data of the seven statistical quality control methods histogram graph, stem and leaf plot, tally chart, scatter diagram and control charts were drawn. Methods to determine the similarities and differences of these methods are examined comparatively.
