Abstract (EN)
In this study, the relationship between abusive management and organizational cynicism and the mediating effect of self-esteem in this relationship are investigated. The sample of the study consists of public and private sector employees operating in Turkey. The data of the research were obtained from the questionnaires filled out via the internet. As a result of the analysis, it was determined that there is a significant relationship between abusive management and organizational cynicism. It was concluded that self-esteem has a partial mediation effect between abusive management and organizational cynicism. Keywords: Abuse Management, Self-Esteem and Organizational Cynicism.
