Effect of level of stress in work place on workers' perceptions of burnout

The objective of this research is to examine teachers? levels of organizational stres, effect of levels of organizational stres on burnout, teachers? effect regarding business and demographic features on organizational stres and burnout.Teachers working in primary schools in the district of Bahçelievler in İstanbul constitutes population. Ampling group has been designated since it?s hard to reach the whole specified population. 410 teachers have been sent surveys to hatch in all primary schools of dastrict of Bahçelievler through random sampling method. 238 of these surveys have been evaluated, data entries to analyze the surveys have been completed. Surveys? data have been entered with SPSS Statistics 17.0 programme. Regression, correlation, time series, anova, chi square and t-test have been applied in the analyses.Hypotheses have been made among organizational stres and its sub dimensions, and burnout and its sub dimensions, correlation and regression analyses have been made among the dimensions. Correlation analyses and relations and directions among have been determined; it has been examined whether it?s significant statistically that regression analyses and dimensions affect each other or not.
