Administrative police acts of gendarmerie

One of the basic duties of the Turkish Republic's Administration is protecting public order which is consisting of supplying a life in peace, soundness, health and secure to the individuals in public places. Foundation in order keep its respectfulness, necessary importance must be given to patrol services, fallow after, interference and helping plans which have great importance in supplying public order; and Gendarmerie personnel must be educated aboutthe aim and limits of the Administrative police power that should supply a balance between public order and freedom. Gendarmerie, as police organization, gets its authority, that it has to perform its administrative police acts, from 24 - 41 st. articles of "By - law of Gendarmerie Organization, its Duties and Authorities". By this regulation, using forms and application conditions of the Administrative police acts were ordered in detail aming to supply a balance between public order and rights and freedom.
