Abstract (EN)
Advances in technology lead to an increased use of wireless sensor networks. Security problem and limited energy capacity of wireless sensor networks is shown as the most important disadvantages. Unobservability precautions have negative effect on life expectancy by restricting nodes? data transmission distance. In this thesis the optimization of the lifetime of sensor network are investigated given the unobservability constraints and using the data processing methods through a linear programming framework. Our simulation results show that using data compression methods on the data security, negative effects on lifetime can be reduced.
