Abstract (EN)
Among the situational factors of consumer behaviors, retail crowding andtime pressure can have serious effects on consumers? purchasing behavior.It is important for retailers to understand that how retail crowding and timepressure have an effect on consumers? shopping behavior. Retail crowding hasbeen influential on consumers? decision whether to enter the shop or not, ontheir decision making and behaviors in the shop. In recent years, time pressurethat appears as a result of the increase in people?s life standards and thechange in their life styles is another variable that affects the consumers?shopping behavior and preferences. On the other hand, retail crowding and timepressure can have an effect on the level of satisfaction that the consumers getfrom shopping.The core purpose of this study is to determine how the factors of retailcrowding and time pressure affect the satisfaction level of the consumers.Some important findings of this study can be listed that follows: (1)consumers? crowding perception change based on time pressure and shoppingmotive, (2) retail crowding and time pressure reduce the level of satisfaction thatthe consumers get from shopping.Key Words: Consumer Behavior, Situational Factors, Retail Crowding, TimePressure, Level of Satisfaction
