Abstract (EN)

Today, the importance of quality management practices in businesses is an undeniable fact. Research shows that quality management practices have a positive effect on employees as well as businesses. In addition, the impact of quality practices on innovation also allows employees to have more innovative ideas. Its possible effect on employee performance also indirectly affects business performance. For this reason, quality is an essential issue in order to increase both the innovativeness level and the performance of the employees. For this reason, in this study, the effect of total quality management practices applied in enterprises on the innovativeness and performance of the employees was investigated. For this purpose, data were collected from 147 employees through questionnaires. As a result of the analysis of the data, it was found that quality management practices have a positive and significant effect on employee performance and innovation. In addition, as a result of the mediation test, it has been determined that innovation has a mediating role in the effect of quality management practices on employee performance.
