Study of the relationship between interactional and transformational leadership skills and decision making levels of leader candidates participated in camp leadership training

In this study, the relationship between the level of decision-making levels and the interactional and transformational leadership skills of the leader candidates participated in the Youth and Sports Ministry camp leadership training was examined. It was investigated whether there is a statistically significant difference between interactional and transformational leadership skills of camp leaders according to their departments, age, gender and educational status. Developed and developing countries have done many researches to control the masses, and many of these researches have been on interactional and transformational leadership skills. Accordingly, the similarities and differences between the types of leadership have gained importance. As a result of the information obtained from the research, it was seen that participants' self-confidence, delayed decision making, panic decision making, interactive leadership scores did not become different significantly according to their departments, age, gender and educational status.
