Abstract (EN)

Invenstment banking as an investment ın the Islamic finance sector in the world in 1985, no activity was carried out in Turkey under the name of Private Finance Institutions. Having the status of a bank in 2002 contius under the name of Special Finance Institotins. The increase in participation in participation banks consisting of only special projects ıntil 2015 and the value gained by participation banking in Turkey. The aim of this study is to reveal the entry of public banks into the participation banking sector and the effect they have created in the sector. Among the purposes of entry of public participation banks into the sector is to bring interest-sensitive individuals to the market and to increase the share of the sector in the market. In the study, the data of public banks before and after their involvement in the sector were examined and the data were shown in tables. In the ligt of the data, the results of the participation of public banks in the sector were examined.
