Evaluation of incentives provided to agricultural production by the public sector : Application in Türkiye

The agricultural sector has a very important position in the life of humanity in terms of food. The agricultural sector, which has continued to develop and progress for many years, has a very important place in the economy. Apart from agriculture and food, which is the basic need of humanity, it also contributes significantly to the country's economy in terms of exports and employment. This situation is negatively affected by the fact that agricultural areas do not receive adequate care and lose their productivity. With the development of technology in the agricultural field, the welfare of the country is positively affected. With the development of technology, more efficient, less costly, faster and sustainable targets are aimed. One of the factors that distinguish the agricultural sector from other sectors is natural natural conditions. Incentives are given to the agricultural sector, which is highly affected by natural conditions, in our country, as in many countries. These incentives vary depending on the area, product type and quantity. It is very important for our future that the sector is positively affected by these incentives in the agriculture and livestock sector in our country. In this study, our subject covers the areas, conditions and amounts of agricultural incentives in our country, which institutions and organizations provide the incentives, to what extent agricultural incentives are benefited from, and the impact of the incentives on the beneficiaries.
