To read decision-making styles of public managers on levels of their self esteem: Example of Elaziğ

Throughout humanity history, decision-making activity always exists and carries importance to determine future of people in every area of life .Managers carry on management activities in the context of the decision-making activity and success of management confidence and love of public have increased with taking correct decisions or decreased with wrong decisions. According to this, while managers decide, they have conditions that affects their attitude and behavior and moreover be effective on the decision-making styles. In this case, the decision-making styles of managers have influence upon their success or unsuccess.This also determine society affected by the decision and their future In this our researchs, field woks are made to determine self-esteem in the decision-making and still of decision-making at provincial administrators.Examples of this resaarch is consist of public provincial administrators and their helper that making the task in Elazığ.Some result that are find at researchs are those: In the our researchs, while there are not differences between administrators and their helperregards self-esteem in the decision-making and still of decision-making at variable such as age, civil status, gender and department of graduatıon , meaningful diffrences are observed between them at variable such as years of study at job, years of management and level of education.
