Political and military improvements in Karabakh within the framework of Karabakh renovations

Karabakh region located in avantage point attracted the attetion of many governments and fell under the sovereignty of them. One of the governments having vantage points is Safevi state. Though the end of Nadir Shah power, the weakening of Safevi State resulted in the appearing of the khanates. Karabakh khanate, one of these khanates, was founded after the death of Nadir Shah and went on its independency until the Nadir Shah for sovereignty and then taking the khanates around under sovereignty. İbrahim ascending the throne after Penah Ali Khan was on the throne for a long time and extended the territories. On one hand, while the period of İbrahim Khan took achievements, on the other hand, the situation changed with the movement of Russia towards Caucasia and the khanate was taken by Russia. The treaties in 1805 Kürekçay in 1813 Gülistan and in 1828 Türkmençay caused Karabakh Khanate to be dependent to Russia. This study started with the struggle of Penah Ali Khan for founding the khanate; went on İbrahim Khan period extending the territories and finished the movement of Russia towards Caucasia and the treaty of Türkmençay. After the treaty of Türkmençay, Russia aiming at founding an Armenian state prepared the ground for making the Armenians became majority, dorniciling the Armenians in the region of Caucasia. In Karabakh region, one of the inhabited places, Russian and Armenian invasion started after this treaty.
