Abstract (EN)

In this thesis was carried out in Yenişarbademli region in order to determine the relationship between Black Pine productivity and distribution and the environmental factors. The data of the study were obtained from 70 sample areas selected from the areas where Black Pine species is naturally found in the region. The relationships between the productivity of Black Pine and environmental factors were investigated by Pearson and Spearman Correlation analysis. Multiple regression analysis was used in the modeling of the efficiency of Black Pine species. Correlation analysis showed a positive correlation between elevation, lower slope, and flat ground. A negative correlation was found with slope and ruggedness variables. Similarly, the productivity model of the species, elevation, lower slope, and flat terrain were formed. Indicator species analysis was performed by correlating the presence‐absence data belonging to the species with site index. As a result of the indicator type analysis, it was determined that especially in the V site areas, especially Prunus divaricata, Pyrus elaeagnifolia, and Juniperus excelsa species were important indicator species in the Black Pine areas of the region. The results obtained from the study will contribute to the ecological studies to be carried out in the whole country and in the world-wide Black Pine species, especially in the forest areas of Yenişarbademli, and to implement the future plantation and conservation plans.
