Abstract (EN)
In this study, motion properties of piezoelectric ceramic based microrobots have been investigated. The main case of the study is to design an inertial driven actuator by using piezoelectric ceramic material as an actuation source. The goal is to get full control of this piezoelectric actuator with appropriate inputs simultaneously. Disc shaped piezoelectric ceramic material has been attached to 5 different bodies which are 3D printed in different geometries and filament materials. Motion behaviours of 6 different microrobots have been which has been produced and driven by electrical voltage under laboratorial circumstances. The results have been combined and compared between datas obtained from finite element analysis software and experimental session. It is aimed to be achived the best motion control of piezoelectric microrobot as an actuator.
