Abstract (EN)

In this study, the effects of antioxidant and antimicrobial of sübstitüe cyclophosphazene compounds were investigated. In addition, a comparison was made with molecules that have powerful antioxidant activity such as quersetin and resveratrol. In our findings, phosphazene molecules that contain OH and metoksi groups (H3CO) in subsitute groups decrease LPO formation effectively (p<0.001). Depending on the decrease of the level of LPO, it?s detected that the quantities of oleic acid (18:1, n-9), linoleic acid (18:2, n-6) and linolenic acid (18:3, n-3) in vitro environment are protected both in the groups that phosphazene molecules exist and in the group of resveratol. It?s determined that antioxidant molecules such as rutin and quersetin have no protective effect on fatty acid, although they apparently decrease the level of LPO according to Fenton R group (p<0.001). It?s detected that the decrease of LPO level in vitro environment has antimicrobial effect in a more effective way than others. It is concluded that the same substance groups having both antioxidant and antimicrobial effect are because of the groups of OH and H3CO in sübstitüe groups. Some natural antioxidants in the foods also defuse free radical molecules by giving electrons to the environment owing to the OH groups in their molecular structures. In conclusion, it can not be said that compounds or compound groups that are synthesized chemically are directly suitable to living organisms. In addition, these molecules may have different biological effects. Phosphazenes can not be used in human dieting. However, most of these compounds can be used in different aims, in the living system. When a newly synthesized compound brought out whether or not adjusted to living system by these kinds of studies is used, there appears no problem. When a molecule increasing the LPO level is tempted to be used in living system, it may bring out more harmful results than beneficial ones. The result of this experiment made with forming in-cell conditions in vitro is directly related to the conditions of in vivo. We think that when the results are handled in this way, our experiment results? contribution to science will be more meaningful.
