Abstract (EN)
The leader is the person who directs the group members in their work and actions in the direction of the organization's goals. Leadership can be described as having features that can successfully affect group members. Job satisfaction is the sum of the individual's reactions or emotions towards his or her job. In other words, job satisfaction is the positive or negative general attitudes towards the employee's work. Organizational commitment refers to the connection of the employee to the organization. Organizational commitment refers to the person's effort as an organization member, the struggle he/she has given to stay as an organization member, and the level at goals, valves and beliefs he/she has for his/her organization. The purpose of this study is to examine the relationship between job satisfaction and organizational commitment based on employees' perceptions of charismatic leadership. For this reason, Charismatic Leadership Questionnaire, Job Satisfaction Questionnaire and Organizational Commitment Questionnaire were applied to public employees in Osmaniye. In the analysis of the data, frequency analysis, factor analysis, reliability analysis, correlation analysis, linear regression analysis techniques were used. As a result of the research, it was determined that the perception of charismatic leadership increased organizational commitment and reduced job satisfaction.
